Rooms and availability
1 Double bed
In the Room
I felt the handicapped accessible room, for my mother was well equipped. It made her stay away more comfortable
The room was not as clean as it could be. There was dirt along the frame of the bed . No bath mat, limited linens
They do have nice rooms in their new annex
First room in old part was mudy and the carpet floor was wet because of a defect AC. This issue was known but they still tried to rent the room to us. After a complaint they moved us in the new part which was fine. There is no Breakfast anymore as the Health Authority took the food license away (the owner told us)- you should check this further!
The air conditioners worked and the rooms were clean. The price was fair for what we got-a TV,air conditioning and a clean room.
The pool not working was disappointing. The doors to the unit we were in, were open and had no air conditoning inside the halls. The pillows were awful! We were in the back in the conference center. The front motel rooms looked like they were lived in year round by workers or local people. On the website, it said they were booked but when we got there, it seemed like alot of rooms were vacant in the back.
Nice building exterior and grounds with view
Degenerating and rusty facilities Musty and putrid odor in room and reception Poor state of repairs: repairing loose countertop with tape! Uncomfortable bed causing back pain and stiffness Poor value for 75 dollars: no breakfast facilities, ice, etc.
It is in the middle of nowhere. Nearest food is a few miles away. There is no coffee pot in the room. The carpet in the room as well as in the corridors have big stains on them.
Affordable price, Good location
The bathroom was filthy. Has lime deposit on the metal parts of bathtub.
Sorry. You won't hear good from us. First, the room we were assigned hadn't been cleaned. Filthy. Second, the 2nd room reeked of smoke (we had requested nonsmoking, handicapped), finally, when we were ready to just leave, we were given a room that was acceptable. Internet indicted continental breakfast, no continental breakfast. There's even flyers in the rooms that say continental breakfast is served.YOU Need to bring your office, linen, and brochures up to date. Doubt that we would stay there again......Oh, ice machine had no ice.
It was close to Woonsocket, where I had an interview. The front desk was available 24 hours, and I needed to check in at 3 a.m. I also booked because of free WiFi
The WiFi connection was horrible. Beds were hard. Heater was noisy. And the water would not come on in the sinks for a while. Also, the dead bolt on our door did not work.
